Flaxseed, Berry and Pomegranate Smoothie
Ingredients: Makes 1 serving
3 strawberries, stalks discarded, chopped
1 small handful blueberries, fresh or frozen1
Tbsp goji berries
2 tsp shelled hemp seeds
1 tsp acai berry powder
1/2 cup pomegranate juice, coconut water, or green tea
1/2 tsp flaxseed oil
1/2 tsp coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon gingko powder
1/4 ripe avocado, peeled and chopped
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until creamy and smooth.
